Who is responsible for your information
Deliverate Design is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. The studio is based in Taytay, Philippines.

Information that may be collected
- Your name, email address, telephone number, company name, and current website.
- Project type, estimated budget, preferred timing, project goals, and information included in your message.
- Correspondence, proposal details, project records, invoices, and support requests when you become a client.
- Basic technical information made available by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, device type, access time, and requested pages.
Why the information is used
- To respond to inquiries and evaluate requested work.
- To prepare proposals and take steps requested before entering into an agreement.
- To provide, manage, support, and improve contracted services.
- To maintain business, accounting, security, and legal records.
- To protect the website, the studio, clients, and other users from misuse or fraud.
Deliverate Design processes personal information only when there is an appropriate legal basis, including responding to your request, performing an agreement, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate business interests that do not override your rights, or obtaining consent when consent is required.
Who may receive information
Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the studio, such as website hosting, email, form delivery, cloud storage, accounting, security, and project-management providers. These providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their services.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. Deliverate Design does not sell personal information.
International processing
Some service providers may store or process information outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, reasonable steps will be taken to use providers and arrangements that offer appropriate safeguards for personal information.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare a proposal, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on whether an inquiry becomes a client project.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect personal information. No website, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Cookies and external services
The current website version does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics. It loads Google Fonts, which may cause technical information such as your IP address and browser details to be transmitted to Google when the fonts are requested.
If analytics, advertising technology, embedded media, or other nonessential tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are used.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed about processing, request access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, request erasure or blocking, request data portability where applicable, or raise a complaint.

Children
This website and its services are intended for business inquiries and are not directed to children. If personal information from a child is discovered to have been submitted without proper authority, please contact Deliverate Design so it can be reviewed and removed when appropriate.
